PRICING POLICY

The price listed on the Website (the ‘Price’) for our products (the ‘Products’) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION / AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

CONTRACT

No contract will subsist between you and LAVDATVS for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until we accept your payment. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

DELIVERY

Our policy is to deliver the products to you within 15 working days of your order where these products are in stock. If the product is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time, for some hand embroidered products times may be 40 working days. Products are subject to availability. We will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.

THE WEBSITE

We may change the website and correct or update information (including product information) on it at any time without notice. Except in relation to the description of products, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website. We do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username/account number and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

WEBSITE PRIVACY & DATA USE

All personal data is stored for the use of handling orders only and will never be passed on to third parties. All data is stored securely.

RETURNS POLICY

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched, with the exception of special orders. Customers unsatisfied with a purchase may contact us to return it within 28 days of the date of purchase. A return authorization must be issued before an item is returned. Please contact us at info@laudatus.it before sending any products back to us: items must be in mint condition and not used. We will arrange for the shipping but costs will be in charge of the sender (shipping back plus costs for sending back money).

Resellers or vendors ar not eligilble for returns.

WEB CONTENT

All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.
